Tips for putting your OC in Akatsuki

Akatsuki is an evil organization, not an orphanage. If the Akatsuki found a baby at their doorstep, they wouldn’t adopt it; instead they’d do a number of evil things to it. Hidan would sacrifice it, Zetsu would eat it, things like that. The Akatsuki would also not save a random person who was in danger for no reason.

The Akatsuki uniform is pretty static. Look at all the members of Akatsuki. Do any of them have skimpy uniforms that are simply decorated in the pattern as the other uniforms? No? Then why are so many OC’s dressed like this? But what about Zetsu and Hidan, you say. Their uniforms are slightly different than everyone else’s. The keyword here is slightly. Their uniforms don’t very that much, which is okay to do, just don’t have your OC be running around is a little Akatski skirt on missions (what they wear inside the base is up to you).

Your OC is not a sex doll, and Akatsuki are not pedophiles. Do not create an OC just so he or she can sleep with all the members of Akatsuki that you like. Akatsuki wouldn’t let some strange girl into their organization just so they could sleep with her (unless of course Zetsu was going to eat her afterwards). Also, why would 35 year old Sasori, or 23 year old Hidan want your 16 year old OC (Deidara’s 19, so I’ll give you that one)? Why would someone that young be in Akatsuki unless they were an extremely evil genius?

Akatsuki wouldn’t have their eyes on a random person for no reason. I don’t care how attractive your OC is, Akatsuki wouldn’t waste valuable time and money (spending like this would never get past Kakuzu) chasing a girl around the land of fire simply because she was pretty. If the Akatsuki wants your character, give them a valid reason to do so. Think about Gaara. When Akatsuki wanted him, they just captured him. Something like that should happen to your OC.

Members of Akatsuki have to be truly evil. Akatsuki would only let someone who was actually evil into their organization. Akatsuki isn’t stupid, they’d now if your OC is a spy before they let them in. Akatsuki also wouldn’t hire a maid/gardener/nurse/whatever.
